This Hatha style class is based on the Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vinyasa styles - infusing traditional yoga poses with safety principles. All shapes, sizes and levels are welcome to join this class, as poses can be modified to suit individual needs - making the poses either more accessible, or perhaps more challenging where required. Emphasis is on correct technique, learning about the poses as you go, and honouring where your body is with your new practice. YOGA – meaning “to yoke”, or “to join” - the mind and the body joining in a quest for a stronger body, looser limbs, a fuller breath and a quieter mind.

MAX. AND MIN. CLASS NUMBERS

Due to space restrictions in the room, we can only accept a certain amount of bookings for classes. There is also a minimum of 10 students required to viably run a class. Should bookings fall short of that and you've already booked, we will be sure to inform you & offer you an alternative solution or a refund.
