If your company is listed on our site (see CLASSES, MY COMPANY... on the homepage), all information about the program for YOUR COMPANY will be listed here.

If you're after public classes, go to CLASSES, PUBLIC CLASSES .... then select your venue.

If your enquiry is about Corporate (in-house or off-site) classes, here is some information to help get you started.

HOW:
Our YOGA INSTRUCTOR comes to your workplace (or off-site) and conducts the yoga session. The class can be multi-standard (OPEN class), or you can request specific levels, ie. Beginner (Easiest/Entry level), Open (middle ground) or Advanced (most challenging). Classes can be 30, 45, 60 or 90 minute duration, depending on your requirements and availability – including early mornings/before work; lunchtimes; after work; during the work day AND off-sites/conferences.

Classes can be one-off’s, a term of classes (10 weeks, 4 weeks, whatever suits you), weekly / fortnightly... for any duration – whatever your requirements and budget extend to.

WHERE:
You provide an appropriate (quiet, private) room or area to conduct the session. In our experience training rooms, boardrooms etc are usually suitable – so long as furniture can be moved or there is adequate space to conduct the session.

PARTICIPANTS:

Should wear lose, comfortable, layered clothing and bare feet for the session (corporate attire doesn’t work). Yoga is best practised on a yoga mat – students can bring their own, purchase one from us, or we can provide the necessary equipment for your group at an additional fee.

PAYMENT:
Often the EMPLOYER will completely or partially fund the yoga program, as it is widely recognised as STRESS MANAGEMENT and WORK/LIFE BALANCE. Please enquire here about the cost to the employer, for your group.

If not, our USER-PAYS system is typically dependent on expected class numbers. Students can expect to pay between $12-$20/class (paid in advance for an agreed 'term' duration), depending on student numbers. In this case, the employer's contribution extends to providing the space to their employees, and often allowing them some flexibility in their work schedules to attend classes.  For more detail, please enquire here.

DRUMMING UP INTEREST:
Our experience suggests word of mouth, inter-office email, intranet sites, E-bulletin boards and in-house social clubs are most successful in gaining expressions of interest and commitment to your yoga program. We have some promotional information we can send you to get started and assist in promoting the program, including relevant participant info, FAQ’s and brief handouts as email attachments or just links to this website.

TEACHERS:
We will provide you with a full bio of your teacher when we settle on a class day/time, according to availability. That teacher will commit to the class for the duration of the term / contract.

INSURANCE:
It is YOGABOWL’s policy to only employ qualified instructors who are all fully insured for issues including public liability, products liability, and professional risk. Copies of insurance certificates can be provided upon request.

GET STARTED:
We can get you started immediately, and would like to offer you a FREE TRIAL CLASS. Please contact us by email or ph 0411 155 165.
